This program is really unique, and it DOES work! We do believe that it would be a great addition to any school.

If you would like to know more about the program, motivate your teachers and students to establish and join it, we Volunteer to Help by giving a One-Day Preliminary Workshop at your school.

If you would like to start one at your school, we Volunteer to Help.
This program is really unique, and it DOES work! We do believe that it would be a great addition to any school. We would like to introduce it in as many international schools as possible and organize a Mentorship Club whose members would meet once a year, every time in a different country, and exchange ideas about their programs.

We are willing to go to your school, give a Two-Day Workshop, help you establish the whole program, and provide the necessary
follow-up so that the program succeeds.

What We are Offering:

Day 1:
• Getting acquainted with the school and its needs: Review of mentors’ & mentees’ applications (which need to have been collected previously)
• Meeting with potential EMP coordinator(s)
• Session # 1 for teachers & mentors:
                    **The program: what it is about / the way of thinking / its benefits
• EMP room decoration/setting

Day 2:
• Session for mentors + coordinator: Forms that would have to be filled out regularly
• Session for mentees + mentors + coordinator
• Session Mentors/Mentors + Mentees/Mentees: sharing
• EMP Club for Follow-Up, Support, & Sharing Experiences: a way for coordinators, mentors, and mentees to keep in touch and meet once a year, every time in a different country.
• EMP web site creation: suggestions
• Certificates of attendance

What You Need to Provide:

• A room for the EMP; a record/CD player; computers with Internet connection
• Teacher(s) interested in implementing this program
• Potential mentors (job offer for mentors prior to workshop)
• Potential mentees (call for mentees prior to workshop)
• Host families for mentors/mentees (preferably families of future mentors/mentees so that they can share their experiences together)
